Safety Control and Efficient Excavation Technology for the Construction of Shield Tunnel on the Sandy Cobble Stratum


      We developed key simulation equipment and technology, including the excavation simulation system of the slurry pressure balance and earth pressure balance (EPB) shield, pressure一bearing  and  water-tight  test  devices,  optimal allocation of cutter and rapid replacement technology of shield cutter, thus solving the  major technical  problem about the safety control and efficient excavation in constructing the shield tunnel on the sandy cobble stratum. Such kinds of technology and equipment have been widely applied in fields of high-speed rail construction, municipal engineering and energy engineering, effectively preventing accidents arising from the construction of shield tunnel and greatly boosting the safety coefficient and excavation efficiency.
